Mushroom Aioli Dip

I've been going through an advent calander from my local specialty olive oil store and today's combination was a mushroom olive oil with a lemon white balsamic vinegar. I decided to create a nice light aioli for dipping and paired it with my extra crispy chicken wings!

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1 tbsp mushroom and sage olive oil

1 tbsp Sicilian lemon white balsamic vinegar


  1. Combine all ingredients and let sit covered in fridge for minimum 1 hour or overnight.
