ABOUT ME

I'm a journeyman steamfitter tradesman that loves to cook. I really discovered my passion for great food as a kid but never explored proper good cooking until much later in life. In 2020 I was told i should start an Instagram and share my creations with the world and now here i am. I've never had any classical or professional training, everything I've learned has been from cooking tv shows, blogs and my family. I love cast iron cooking, BBQ and rustic food.
