Mixed berry muffins with streusel topping

Super tasty and kid approved muffins with a great crunchy streusel topping. They're a bit messy but completely worth it!

Ingredients
Muffins
3 cups flour
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 tsp salt
4 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup milk(approximate)
2 egg
2 cups fresh or frozen berries(not thawed)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Streusel mixture
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tbsp cinnamon
1. Preheat oven to 425°
2. Mix all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
3. In a wet measuring cup pour in oil then add 2 eggs, Top up measuring cup with milk to equal 2 cups of liquid.
4. Mix together well then slowly add to dry mixture with vanilla.
5. Pour mixture into greased or lined muffin tin and fill each space right to the top.
6. Place streusel topping on batter and lightly press into the batter so it sticks.
7. Place in oven and cook at 425° for 5 minutes, reduce heat to 350° and cook for another 18-22 minutes until inserted tooth pick comes out clean. Let cool and enjoy!
