Keto cream cheese dessert

Everyone loves a sweet dessert but what to do when you're making dessert for someone on a keto diet? This quick, easy and tasty cream cheese fluff is the answer. Mix it up with low carb granola and berry topping!
Ingredients (2 servings)
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 1/2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/6 cup Stevia or Erythritol
Optional
2 tbsp low carb granola
Fresh or frozen berries
Whip cream cheese and whipping cream together until light and fluffy
Add lime juice, vanilla extract and sweetener
Whip for 5 minutes until well combined
Chill in fridge for 30 minutes
Top with optional toppings, serve and enjoy.
