Keto cream cheese dessert

Everyone loves a sweet dessert but what to do when you're making dessert for someone on a keto diet? This quick, easy and tasty cream cheese fluff is the answer. Mix it up with low carb granola and berry topping!



Ingredients (2 servings)

1/2 cup cream cheese

1/2 cup whipping cream

1 1/2 tbsp lime juice

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/6 cup Stevia or Erythritol

Optional

2 tbsp low carb granola

Fresh or frozen berries


  1. Whip cream cheese and whipping cream together until light and fluffy

  2. Add lime juice, vanilla extract and sweetener

  3. Whip for 5 minutes until well combined

  4. Chill in fridge for 30 minutes

  5. Top with optional toppings, serve and enjoy.
