Farm Fresh Quiche

What to do with farm fresh eggs? Make a quiche! This is a crustless bacon and caramelized onion quiche with gruyere and swiss cheese. Super simple recipe, very tasty, start to finish in 1 hour or less.



Ingredients

1 pie crust

4 eggs

1 cup whole milk.

Salt and pepper to taste

1 1/2 cups cheese

2 cups of any other ingredients you choose


1. Preheat oven to 350°


2. Whisk together eggs and milk until completely combined.


3. Layer half your cheese on the crust then any of your other ingredients. Pour on egg and milk mixture. Spread remaining cheese on top.


4. Bake for 40 minutes in oven, use a pie shield or tin foil to cover crust if it darkens too much.
