Beef and Vegetable Kabobs

Summer is in full swing here now and that means BBQ season is on! Made up this delicious marinade for some great kabobs.




Ingredients

2 lbs chuck steak

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/3 cup olive oil

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/8 cup white vinegar

1 Tsp chili flakes

2 Tsp minced garlic

1 Tsp smoked paprika

1 Tbsp Italian seasoning

2 crushed bay leafs


  1. Cut beef into 1/2 inch to 1 inch pieces

  2. Mix all ingredients except beef together and stir to combine

  3. Add in beef and mix thoroughly to coat beef, store in fridge for 24 hours.

  4. The next day soak wooden or bamboo skewers for 3 hours in cold water before adding beef and whatever vegetables you desire.
